Post-go-live customer health, expansion across the Pi Family, the reference-customer program, QBRs, and support escalation triage. Operators who enjoy building relationships that last 10+ years.

  • Own 30–50 accounts each. Health-check cadence, QBRs, expansion conversations.
  • Drive Pi Family expansion (MaayaERP customers adopting PoultryCare, RestoPi, etc.).
  • Run the reference-customer program — case studies, named quotes, reference calls.
  • Triage support escalations with the engineering and consulting teams.
