Maaya Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Maaya”, “we”, “us”) operates the site at www.maayasoft.in and provides enterprise software products including MaayaERP, PoultryCare, RestoPi, FeedPi, StratoPi, and LivMatrix. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

• Contact data — name, email, phone, company, job title — when you fill a form or email us.
• Product data — data your organisation stores in our products, processed on your behalf as data processor.
• Usage data — pages visited, device information, general location (country-level), collected via Plausible (privacy-friendly) and Vercel analytics.

Lawful bases

• Legitimate interests — operating our website, responding to enquiries, product analytics.
• Contract — providing the products to customers who have engaged us.
• Consent — marketing communications, where applicable.
• Legal obligation — tax, audit, and regulatory record-keeping.

Data residency

Product data is stored in the region of your choice — EU (Frankfurt) or India (Mumbai) — with dedicated regions available on request. Marketing data is stored in EU.

Subprocessors

A current list is available on request and included in the Data Processing Addendum. Changes are notified under the DPA terms.

Your rights

Under GDPR and comparable laws you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@maayasoft.in. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep contact data as long as there is an active relationship or legitimate operational need, and for a reasonable period afterward. Product data is retained per the master subscription agreement.
