Intellectual property

The Maaya name, marks, product names (MaayaERP, PoultryCare, RestoPi, FeedPi, StratoPi, LivMatrix), and site content are owned by Maaya Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as-is" without warranty. Customer statistics are reviewed periodically; actual outcomes vary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Customers in the EU are covered by their MSA and applicable EU law where relevant.
