MaayaERP pricing

Priced to your business, not your seat count.

MaayaERP is a scoped engagement — license, implementation, customization, and first-year support priced together against what your business actually runs.

Philosophy

Three principles that shape every quote.

Scope-based, not seat-based

We don't price per user. We price against the functional depth you need, the customizations we'll build during implementation, and the scale of your operation. A 40-person textile exporter with deep shop-floor workflows costs differently from a 200-person trading company with standard processes — and that's how it should work.

Bundled, not modular add-ons

License, implementation, customization, data migration, training, and first-year support are priced in a single engagement. No surprise 'customization projects' billed separately after go-live. What we quote is what you pay.

Consultative, not self-serve

MaayaERP is an implementation-led product. Pricing requires a 60-minute assessment to understand your modules, customization scope, data migration complexity, and user count. The range below gives you a ballpark so you can self-qualify before we talk.

The range

USD 25,000 to 500,000+

Typical MaayaERP engagements over the past 24 months. Includes license, implementation, customization, data migration, training, and first year of support.

Tier 1

Compact

USD 25K – 75K

SMBs with 20–75 users, standard workflows, 3–6 core modules, minimal legacy data migration.

A Chennai trading company switching from Tally.

Tier 2

Standard

USD 75K – 200K

Mid-market with 75–300 users, moderate customization across approvals and workflows, 5+ modules, multi-year data migration.

A Coimbatore textile exporter migrating from NetSuite.

Tier 3

Extended

USD 200K – 500K+

Complex mid-market with 300+ users, deep customization across multiple dimensions, multi-entity accounting, integrations with existing ERPs or custom systems.

A multi-location manufacturer consolidating from SAP Business One.

Scope drivers

What shapes your price.

Five factors determine where in the range your engagement lands. We assess these in a 60-minute conversation before quoting.

  1. 01

    Functional scope

Which modules you need. MaayaERP covers Finance, Inventory, Production, CRM, Procurement, HR, Assets, Catalog, Reports, and Analytics. Most customers start with 5–7; the full platform is also common.

  2. 02

    Customization depth

How much code-level customization your workflows need. Additional fields are light. Approval matrices are medium. End-to-end workflow redesign is deeper. All five customization dimensions (fields, workflows, approvals, SOPs, print formats) price differently.

  3. 03

    Data migration complexity

What we're migrating from (Tally is lighter, SAP B1 is heavier), how many years of history, and how clean the source data is.

  4. 04

    User count

Licensed users at go-live and planned growth over the first year.

  5. 05

    Deployment model

Default is AWS multi-tenant. Dedicated single-tenant, private cloud, and on-premise deployments cost incrementally more.

Running a restaurant, poultry operation, feed mill, or livestock business?

Our vertical platforms — RestoPi (F&B), PoultryCare (poultry), FeedPi (feed mills), LivMatrix (livestock) — have catalog pricing on their dedicated sites. They're purpose-built for their industries and priced per user per month, not as scoped engagements.

If your business straddles a vertical and requires horizontal ERP capability, the MaayaERP engagement is the better fit. We'll help you decide in the assessment.

Self-qualification

Is MaayaERP the right fit at this price?

We'd rather you self-qualify out than invest in an assessment if we're not a match. Here's how to think about it.

Right fit

MaayaERP is right for you if…

  • You run a business between $5M and $500M in revenue
  • Your operational complexity exceeds standard SaaS ERP workflows
  • You want deep customization without fighting the vendor for it
  • You value a named consultant over a ticket queue
  • You can invest in an ERP as strategic infrastructure, not a commodity purchase
  • You're comfortable with implementation-led deployment (not self-serve)

Probably wrong fit

MaayaERP is probably not right for you if…

  • You're under $5M revenue with simple operations

    Consider Zoho Books or Tally

  • You want pure off-the-shelf with minimal customization

    Consider NetSuite SuiteSuccess

  • You need immediate self-serve deployment

No ERP does this well; reset expectations

  • You're buying on price alone

    MaayaERP is premium-priced for depth

  • Your entire operation fits one of our vertical products

Use that instead (RestoPi, PoultryCare, FeedPi, LivMatrix)

Honest note on small engagements

We've served 453+ customers over 15 years. Our smallest engagements are around $25K. Below that, the assessment, customization, and implementation costs exceed what makes sense for either party. If your budget is smaller, we'll tell you directly in the first 15 minutes of the assessment call.

FAQ

Questions about pricing.

Don’t see yours? Ask us directly.

  • Why don't you publish exact pricing like SaaS tools do?

MaayaERP is a scoped engagement, not a self-serve product. Publishing exact prices would require either oversimplifying your business to a preset template or quoting so conservatively that we’d be wrong for most prospects. The range and tier breakdown above give you enough to self-qualify; the assessment call produces an exact number.

  • Is the price a one-time or recurring cost?

The first-year engagement is a one-time cost covering license, implementation, customization, migration, training, and first-year support. Annual renewals for years 2+ cover support, updates, infrastructure, and the continued dedicated consultant relationship — typically 18–22% of the original license fee.

  • Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Most MaayaERP engagements are milestone-based: signing, go-live of first module, go-live of full system, 90-day post-launch stability. Payment terms are part of the assessment conversation.

  • What currencies do you quote in?

USD, INR, AED, and EUR. We quote in your operating currency.

  • Do you have SMB-friendly pricing for startups or very small businesses?

Not for MaayaERP. For smaller businesses, consider our vertical platforms (RestoPi, PoultryCare, FeedPi, LivMatrix) which have catalog pricing per user per month, or consider alternatives like Zoho or Tally.

  • What if my business grows during the engagement?

User additions are straightforward — priced per additional user at the current license rate. Significant scope expansions (new modules, new customizations beyond the original scope) are handled as change orders with clear pricing.

  • Can I see a sample engagement breakdown?

Yes. Book the assessment. We'll walk through 2–3 anonymized engagement breakdowns similar to your business profile so you see how scope translates to price.
