The team that takes a MaayaERP or Pi Family commitment from contract signed to go-live in 90 days. Customer discovery, customization scoping, SOP setup, training, cutover. The "named consultant on every engagement" model is non-negotiable; you own outcomes, not tickets.

  • Lead 2–4 implementations end-to-end per year, named consultant on each.
  • Translate customer SOPs into MaayaERP configuration and customization scope.
  • Train customer admins and end-users in their language (Tamil, Hindi, English).
  • Contribute to the customization catalog so future implementations move faster.

ERP, accounting, or operations background — 2–15 years. CA / CMA / Cost Accountant / B.Com-qualified with industry experience valued. Strong customer-facing communication in at least two of Tamil, Hindi, English.

KKnowledge

Indian accounting and tax (GST, TDS, statutory). One vertical (poultry, restaurant, feed, textile, manufacturing) at operator depth.

Concrete shipped work. Not "grow in your role" — actual outcomes a successful new Maayan in this team would have on their record by the end of year one.

  1. 01Lead 2–4 MaayaERP implementations end-to-end. Named on customer-facing artifacts.
  2. 02Contribute 5+ patterns to the customization catalog.
  3. 03Mentor at least one new consultant through the three-stage delegation model.
