  • On-site research with operators — not just video calls.
  • UX/UI design that survives 12-hour shifts under bad lighting.
  • Product ops: launch playbooks, customer feedback loops, release notes.

Senior product or design roles only — 5+ years. Track record of shipping product to small business or enterprise customers. Designers must be willing to work on-site with operators when the work needs it.

KKnowledge

B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS background. Familiarity with one of our verticals (poultry, restaurants, feed, manufacturing, livestock) is a real asset.
