Sales & Growth
Sales & Growth.
Founder-led sales, with discipline. Outbound, partnerships, AWS Marketplace, events.
What we work on
The charter for this team.
Sales is founder-led at Maaya. The Sales & Growth team supports that motion with outbound to MaayaERP ICP, partnership channel management (AWS, integrators), and event presence. We do not run a hammer-pipeline culture.
- Build pipeline against the MaayaERP ICP using Apollo and direct outreach.
- Manage AWS, integrator, and reseller partnerships.
- Plan event calendar — industry trade shows, AWS events, founder speaking.
- Own the case-study and evidence pipeline jointly with marketing.
Who we hire
The ASK framework, calibrated for this team.
Attitude, Skill, Knowledge — independently scored, never substituted. Below is what each looks like in Sales & Growth.
You do real homework before the call. You hold a 30-minute technical conversation with a CIO and a 30-minute operational conversation with a plant head. You do not exaggerate.
5+ years of enterprise software sales. TN or Middle East background a plus. Comfortable with founder-led deal mechanics.
Enterprise software sales motion, ERP buyer psychology, AWS Marketplace mechanics, partnership deal structures.
Year one
What you'd ship in your first twelve months.
Concrete shipped work. Not "grow in your role" — actual outcomes a successful new Maayan in this team would have on their record by the end of year one.
- 01Own pipeline velocity across 3+ MaayaERP deals.
- 02Run Apollo sequences with > 3% reply rate.
- 03Close at least one deal independently after founder-led handoff.
How the team works
Where we sit, how we run a week, and how we decide.
- Namakkal on-site default; periodic travel to customers and events.
- Decisions follow the three governing rules — Reveal or Obscure, Earn or Claim, Reward the Curious. See the Culture Code.
Open roles
No open Sales & Growth roles right now.
We hire continuously for the right person. If this is your team, introduce yourself — we will read every note.
