How we hire
Our interview process is built around the work we actually do. Short on brainteasers, long on real problems. Typically four conversations over two weeks, ending with a paid trial task you keep.
What we value
- Craft over speed. Fast feels good; durable feels better. We’ve been shipping since 2011.
- Directness. Say what you think. Change your mind in public. Don’t sandbag.
- Customer proximity. Everyone spends time with customers. Engineers too. Especially engineers.
- Evidence. Every claim has a number, a reference, or an artifact. No theatre.
What we’re generally interested in
- Full-stack engineers with production-system experience (TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS).
- ERP consultants with sector depth (manufacturing, poultry, restaurant, feed).
- AI / ML engineers shipping grounded agent systems.
- Designers who care more about legibility than novelty.
- Technical writers who can make an ERP manual readable.
