The 90-day spine
- Week 0–2 — Discovery. Process walk-through, existing-system audit, customisation scoping, data-migration feasibility. Ends with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
- Week 3–6 — Configuration & customisation. Modules configured, customisations written, integration endpoints wired. In parallel: data migration dry-run against a sandbox.
- Week 7–9 — UAT & training. Your users test against their real data; training happens in the same sessions.
- Week 10–12 — Cutover. Final migration, cutover weekend, hypercare for two weeks post-go-live.
- Week 13 onward — Quarterly review. Same consultant, same rhythm.
What we don’t do
- Multi-vendor hand-offs. We don’t pass you to a "partner" mid-project.
- Fixed scope / moving goalposts. The discovery locks scope; change orders are explicit.
- Deferred support. Hypercare is included; you don’t renegotiate it.
