Platform
Integrations
Banking, tax, logistics, payments, BI.
Maaya plugs into the systems your business already runs on — banks, tax gateways, logistics carriers, payment processors, BI tools — so you don’t rebuild your stack to adopt the ERP.
How it works
What makes integrations different
Banking & payments
Direct bank feeds, UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, and regional gateways.
Tax & compliance
GST (India), VAT (GCC, UK, EU), IRN e-invoicing, e-way bill.
Logistics & shipping
Delhivery, Bluedart, DHL, FedEx, Shiprocket, ClickPost — rate shopping and tracking.
BI & analytics
Direct warehouse reads for Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset.
Messaging
WhatsApp Business, email providers, transactional SMS, Slack/Teams for ops alerts.
Custom webhooks & API
REST + webhook endpoints for everything in the domain model. Documented, rate-limited, authed.
Integration philosophy
Most ERPs treat integration as someone else’s problem — third-party connectors, middleware projects, SI billables. Maaya ships common integrations in the product. Uncommon ones get built in the 90-day implementation, customer-specific, and maintained in the same upgrade cadence as the core modules.
How it works
- First-party connectors — maintained by Maaya, tested per release.
- Customer connectors — written during implementation when needed. Kept in your customisation set and versioned with the rest.
- Open API — for anything custom you want to wire up yourself.
